SHIPPING/TURN AROUND TIME

• Everything we offer (except boutique clothing items) is handmade to order
• Each item has it's own individual turn around time (you can find this in the description), most items will be shipped out within 12 business days
• NOTE: If you purchase items with different turn around times in the same transaction, your entire order will not ship until the last item is ready
• First class USPS shipping is always free for U.S. orders - upgrades are available at checkout
• All tracking questions need to be directed to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• All items are final sale! (Returns for graphic tees, will be coming soon, but is not offered/available for any and all purchases as of now.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays, along with all major holidays. Please allow 48 hours for response to emails.
